Brandon L. Schwartz, Attended the University of Cincinnati in which I was able to achieve an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design with a Bachelors of Arts in Science Degree in Organizational Leadership.  Using Computer Aided Drafting software with 2D design, 3D design, and architectural design along with NX6, Solid Edge, Pro Engineer, 3D Max and CAM I have been able to be a beneficial addition to the company.  I have also been able to use my skills through Microsoft: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word Perfect to help be as beneficial as possible to any project. Within the College of Arts and Science I was able to study for two years learning the benefits of leadership roles and how it can make a corporation run more efficiently.  Which has allowed me to now obtain the position now as overseeing the operations within Cincinnati and the local area giving the company a chance to expand nationally.

With my educational background I have been able to help the company manage all residential projects within Cincinnati Ohio.  By using my human resources, leadership, and construction experience I have been able to utilize my diligent work ethic by overseeing all projects from start to completion with complete customer satisfaction.
