Neil S Schwartz, AIA attended and graduated from New York Institute of Technology which allowed the opportunity of studying abroad at the University of Pavia under the tutelage of many world class Architects including Mario Botta and Aldo Rossi. This formed an understanding of another view of Architecture and Construction where building were not designed and built to last twenty years but hundreds of years. Walking through the streets of cities which have been standing for centuries brought further meaning to Architecture and Construction.

A devoted client advocate, vigorously maintaining the highest possible standards of owner representation. With over 25 years of experience working for both builders and architects, Neil believes a his role is as much about earning trust as it is about the technical aspects of architecture and construction, and he is resolute in his staff’s appreciation of this role.  Preparation, documentation and timely communication are key elements of Neil and his staff’s success. Under his direction Dimensions has developed an advanced system that starts with benchmark reviews early in a project’s development. Clearly defined and efficient it establishes the standard for information processing, collection and communication that respects he priorities of the  entire project team, throughout the construction process.
